This toolkit is designed to support people who:
Need access to resources outside of doctor appointments
Have trouble recalling what they want to discuss
Feel anxious leading up to, or on the day of, an appointment​
Are living with schizophrenia or other psychotic illnesses

Who is IAM?
IAM (the Institute for Advancements in Mental Health) builds on over 40 years of work from the Schizophrenia Society of Ontario. We support individuals, families, and communities affected by mental illness, including schizophrenia and psychosis.
